Impact

1. Led UX strategy and design for an educational assistant for university applications, taking it from research to an MVP that laid the foundation for future development.
2. Built the MVP in the no-code tool Bubble.io, which saved time and money and let the team change the product quickly based on user feedback.

What I designed

1. An information architecture for students, parents and teachers, so each of them can get started easily and keep getting support.
2. The platform’s structure and core features, mapped out first in low to mid-fidelity wireframes.

How I worked

1. Researched competitor products in online education and university applications, to find gaps and a distinct position for the platform.
2. Researched students and parents, their pain points, expectations and needs, to shape and validate the product’s approach.
