Impact

1. Helped reposition an early-stage AI platform from AI governance to agent tracing and deployment, and carried the new direction through the product and marketing site.
2. Made it easy for AI engineers to add Fairo to the agents they already run and start working with trace data, through a new onboarding flow.

What I designed

1. Setup and management for AI Runnables and Workflows, with quick setup and clear controls.
2. A simple way for teams to manage multiple AI use cases, each with its goals, KPIs, models, data, documents and risks.
3. Reusable UI and interaction patterns that kept the product consistent as it grew.

How I worked

1. Led UX and product design, working closely with the founders on product direction and priorities.
2. Partnered with engineering to make product decisions quickly and move designs into production.
