Impact

1. Turned a library of expert health videos into an AI assistant that feels like a conversation. People ask in their own words and share their context, the assistant takes them to the expert videos that answer it, and they can follow up or dive deeper.
2. Led and ran the first user interviews, which confirmed the value of the video assistant concept and showed where to improve it next.

What I designed

1. A mobile app connected to the platform’s large video library, giving patients easier access to healthcare advice on a wide range of topics.
2. Assistant conversations that pick up on how people feel as well as what they ask, with a supportive tone from the first question to the last follow-up.
3. An information architecture that makes the expert videos easy to find, explore and move between.

How I worked
